Clashawn Grant, is the co-owner of ValueSource Appraisals Inc. and leads the appraisal and consulting services practice. With more than 18 years of valuation and consulting experience, he is proficient across a wide range of services, including real estate valuation, appraisal review, independent fiduciary, portfolio analysis, and research. The firm provides real estate appraisal and consultation services throughout the U.S. for many of the nation’s largest real estate lenders and state chartered banks.

During the financial crisis of 2008 Clashawn worked as an independent contractor with Fannie Mae as a Forensic Appraiser and is regularly contracted for court proceedings as a subject matter expert and real estate brokerages throughout Atlanta for continuing education training. Clashawn has significant experience working with local county governments overseeing tax appeals and litigating cases before the Board of Equalization. Clashawn prides himself on providing strong knowledge and experience as well as an unbiased and objective approach to real property appraisal and analysis.

He is a native of South Carolina (Go Tigers!), and a member of the Association of Georgia Real Estate Appraisers. His spouse, Adrianne Grant has been a REALTOR® in Atlanta for the past 20 years and they have a son Collin who takes his space in the business as the “photographer.”
